The Review Status displays the current status of the Request regarding the requested documents. It can indicate whether the documents related to the Request have been sent for consultation review, received for consultation review, reviewed, etc.
Open a Request to which documents have been added, or that has a document review status (Documents Added, Disposition Accepted, Documents Delivered, Closed, Amended, Delivery Pending or Delivery Failed, etc.)
Click More Actions. The More Actions screen displays as shown below.
Click Change Review Status (highlighted above). The Change Review Status screen displays as shown below.
Click the Set Review Status to drop-down menu, and then select a new review status.
Enter any relevant notes regarding the Request's review status in the Notes field.
Click Save. A confirmation message appears. Click OK to save, or Cancel to abort.
