Spell Check

Spell Check is an embedded tool that allows you to validate the spelling on manually entered information.

On most eCASE pages where you are required to input text into text fields, the page includes a Spelling icon. Click Spelling to automatically perform a spell check on all text fields on the page. The Spell Check screen appears as shown below, identifying any spelling errors found.

 

The Spell Check window has options to Ignore a misspelling, Ignore All instances of a misspelling, Add Custom to add the highlighted word to the eCASE custom dictionary, Change to change the highlighted misspelling to a selected word in the Suggestions list, or Change All to change all instances of this misspelling with the selected word in the Suggestions list.

When no more misspellings are found, the following confirmation message appears:
