Add Attachments

Attachments can be added in one of several ways, including adding local files, default attachments, or creating new files directly within eCASE.

Follow the steps below to add a new attachment.

  1. Navigate to the Attachments tab.

  2. Click the Add From drop down list and select from the available options. The Add New Attachment window appears as shown in the example below:



    (!!) Note: This is provided as an example, your application may include added or modified fields

  3. Complete all required fields. These will vary depending on your configuration, and the method you are using to add the attachment. Complete all required fields, then click Add.

  4. The Attachments list refreshes with the newly added attachment included in the list.

 

Add Child Attachments

The steps described above also apply when adding a Child attachments, however you must first select a parent attachment before adding a child attachment underneath.
